Members of Sewanhaka High School’s Green Club got an early start for Earth Day. On April 19, many of the members flocked to the front of the school building. The Greenies, along with their adviser Ms. Yvonne Sherwood, collected more than eight black garbage bags of Sweetgum balls from that fell from the school’s Sweetgum trees off the lawn. They also removed weeds from around the flagpole.
